The Service is available on a free tier with a monthly invitation limit. Premium features (unlimited invitations and additional customization) are available through a paid subscription.

5. Advertising

The Service displays third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of those advertisements. You must not click on ads artificially or encourage others to do so.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content on DatingInvite.com (design, code, brand, blog articles) is owned by DatingInvite.com and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DatingInvite.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
